Terms, quality, returns & exchange

These policies apply to orders placed through this website, WhatsApp, telephone or directly with QFarmers.

1. Orders and availability

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation by QFarmers. Fresh produce availability and prices can change during the day. An order sent through WhatsApp is treated as a request until QFarmers confirms the items, quantities, delivery charge and final payable amount.

2. Weights, quantities and billing

Fresh produce is billed according to the actual packed weight. Small variations from the requested weight may occur. For products sold by piece or pack, billing is based on the confirmed quantity. The price shown online is the current listed price and may be corrected before confirmation if there is a clear typographical or system error.

3. Product quality

We aim to supply fresh, clean and good-quality products. Natural variations in colour, shape, size, ripeness and appearance are normal for fruits, vegetables and minimally processed foods and are not, by themselves, treated as defects.

4. Inspection at delivery

Please inspect fresh produce, chilled items, eggs, cut vegetables, juices and other perishable goods immediately at delivery. Report visible damage, leakage, spoilage, incorrect items or missing items as soon as possible, preferably at delivery and no later than 6 hours after receipt.

5. Returns and exchange

Because fresh and perishable groceries cannot normally be resold safely, returns for change of mind are not accepted. A replacement, store credit or refund may be considered where an item is damaged, spoiled, unsafe, materially different from the order, incorrectly supplied or missing. QFarmers may request a photograph, invoice details and the product or packaging for verification.

6. Packaged grocery products

Unopened, unused, non-perishable packaged goods may be considered for exchange within 3 days of delivery when the seal and original packaging are intact and the product is in saleable condition. Products nearing expiry, damaged after delivery, opened products and items stored improperly by the customer are not eligible.

7. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will normally be made through the original payment method or by another mutually agreed method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be settled through UPI, bank transfer, store credit or replacement after verification.

8. Cancellations

An order may be cancelled before picking, cutting, packing or dispatch begins. Once fresh produce has been cut, packed specifically for the order or handed to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Delivery

Delivery time is an estimate and can be affected by traffic, weather, order volume and product availability. The customer must provide a complete address, reachable mobile number and suitable delivery instructions. Re-delivery may attract an additional charge where delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability.

10. Storage and food safety

Customers should refrigerate or store products promptly and follow label instructions. QFarmers is not responsible for deterioration caused by delayed refrigeration, unsuitable storage, contamination after delivery or use beyond the stated shelf life or expiry date.

11. Allergies and dietary requirements

Customers with allergies or specific dietary requirements should check labels and contact QFarmers before ordering. Products may be handled or stored in environments where nuts, gluten, milk, sesame and other allergens are present.

For order help, quality concerns, returns or exchanges, contact Customer Support at . If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, contact Escalation and Grievances at . Please include the order date, invoice or bill number, affected product and supporting photographs where relevant.

13. Responsible use

Customers must provide accurate order and delivery details and use the website and WhatsApp ordering facility lawfully. QFarmers may decline or cancel fraudulent, abusive, duplicate or impractical orders.

14. Policy updates

These terms may be updated to reflect operational or legal requirements. The version displayed on the website when the order is placed will apply, subject to applicable consumer and food-safety law.

This policy is intended as a practical customer-service framework and does not limit rights available under applicable Indian consumer-protection and food-safety law.
